From Service to Learning to Friendships
About our Cross-Cultural Educational Focus
As the fruit of over 25 years of continental leadership program experimentation and rigorous reflection, we argue that participants grow the most when learning with, rather than serving for, those materially less fortunate. Transformation in cultural and intellectual communion with the other yields far greater mutual improvement and respect than transactions in good deeds and nice feelings… and, most importantly, offers the possibility of leading to Aristotle's ideal of authentic friendships.
